DAY01:

KUALA LUMPUR
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur. In the afternoon, visit the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park which houses more than 3,000 birds and features 200 Malaysian and foreign species. Spend the night in Kuala Lumpur.

DAY02:

KUALA LUMPUR
Depart for Kuala Lumpur Tower for a view of the city at 276 metres. Visit the Aquarium of Kuala Lumpur. Drive down the coast to the historic area of Kuala Selangor and visit Bukit Melawati to see wild Silver-Leafed Monkeys. Eat a local seafood dinner and board a boat to watch thousands of twinkling fireflies in the mangroves. Spend the night in Kuala Lumpur.

DAY03:

KUALA LUMPUR - KUALA Gandah - KUALA LUMPUR
Take a day trip to Kuala Gandah where you will learn how Malaysia manages the protection of elephants. Do some last minute shopping during your last night in the capital. Spend the night in Kuala Lumpur.

DAY04:

KUALA LUMPUR - TAMAN NEGARA
Drive across the peninsula for three and a half hours to Kuala Tembeling. Embark on a traditional boat trip that takes you to the Taman Negara National Park. The park houses the oldest rainforest in the world with unique fauna and flora. After dinner, take a guided walk to discover nocturnal wildlife. Spend the night in Taman Negara.

DAY05:

TAMAN NEGARA
Depart for a hike through the lush jungle of Taman Negara. Perhaps you will meet tapirs, buffalo and colorful birds that hide among the abundant rainforest. There are also giant rafflesia, the largest flowers in the world. The Tama Negara Canopy Walk is one of the longest suspension bridges in the world at 510 metres long. You can feel the soul of the forest. In the afternoon, take a boat ride or swim in the clear waters of the rainforest pools. Spend the night in Taman Negara.

DAY06:

TAMAN NEGARA - CAMERON HIGHLANDS
Cross the river to Kuala Tahan and take the road which will lead you to Cameron Highlands. Drive through tea plantations and you will be transported back in time to the era of British hill stations. On the way, visit an Orang Asli Village and learn about the aboriginal people of Malaysia. On arrival in the Cameron Highlands, visit the tea factory, plantations and a butterfly farm. Spend the night in the Cameron Highlands.

DAY07:

CAMERON HIGHLANDS - IPOH
Visit the Lost World of Tambun, surrounded by 400 million years of limestone cliffs. This theme park consists of many attractions including a water park, a zoo, tiger sanctuary and the hot springs. Then drive to Ipoh, home to the Sultan of Perak. Spend the night in Ipoh.

DAY08:

IPOH - LUMUT - PANGKOR ISLAND
Visit the Chinese Sam Poh Tong Temple built in a cave. Be surprised at finding the unusual Kellie's Castle in Batu Gajah. This castle belonged to a wealthy Scottish owner of rubber plantations. Arrive in Lumut, the nearest town on the mainland to Pangkor Island and depart by boat. Spend the night on Pangkor Island.

DAY09:

PANGKOR ISLAND
Visit the Dutch Fort or traditional fishing villages by bicycle or motorbike. Or relax on the beach. Spend the night on Pangkor Island.

DAY10:

PANGKOR ISLAND
Go snorkelling or kayaking. Spend the night on Pangkor Island.

DAY11:

PANGKOR ISLAND - KUALA LUMPUR
Departure by boat at noon to return to Lumut. Transfer to Kuala Lumpur airport for a flight to your next destination.
