DAY 1:
SEOUL
Fly into Incheon Airport and take a transfer to your hotel in Seoul. Spend the night in Seoul.
DAY 2:
SEOUL – NAMI ISLAND
In just over an hour from Seoul, you will be in Nami Island. The island’s tree-lined streets are famous as the setting for many Korean movies. Visit a village known as Petite France for its celebration of the Little Prince and French culture through sculptures and music. Spend the night on Nami Island.
DAY 3:
NAMI ISLAND – SEORAKSAN - SEOUL
The main season for Seoraksan National Park is autumn when the trees are every shade of yellow, red and orange, interrupted by rocks and small mountain streams. However visitors can enjoy the mountain scenery all year round during a visit to the main valley. Travel back in time with a cable car trip to the Gwongeumseong Fortress, the site of a castle built a thousand years ago on the top of a mountain. Drive to Seoul. Spend the night in Seoul.
DAY 4:
SEOUL
Learn about Korea’s royal families at Gyeongbokgung Palace, the most beautiful and largest of the five palaces in Seoul. Find out about the role of Zen Buddhism in Korean culture under the trees of the Jogyesa Temple. Visit the Namdaemun Market, a huge retail and wholesale market which attracts vendors from all over the country. Spend the night in Seoul.
DAY 5:
SEOUL – JEJU ISLAND
Fly to Jeju Island. Take in the beauty of the island environment. Visit the semi-tropical gardens in Hallim Park, the Suwolbong Peak which offers amazing views of the ocean and the world’s largest botanical garden at Bunjae Artpia. Spend the night on Jeju Island.
DAY 6:
JEJU ISLAND - SEOUL
Visit the huge crater at the top of Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak at the eastern end of Jeju Island. The crater is about 600 metres in diameter and 90 metres high. Manjanggul Cave is one of the finest lava tunnels in the world. Inside there are 70cm lava stalagmites. Only 1km of the 13,422-metre Manjanggul Cave is open to the tourists, making it a unique experience to walk through this fantastic structure. Fly to Seoul. Spend the night in Seoul.
DAY 7:
SEOUL
Transfer to the airport for a flight to your next destination.
